Monthly Employee of the month with Certification and Incentives 6. As much as possible Filam will not fire you if you are really good in general even if you don't have a client yet. 7. Flexible time 8. Multi-Cultural company

1. Not enough PTO (12days paid time off/year) 2. Low Salary (but meets the baseline of the minimum wage. 3. There's a manager who bullies some people and making fun jokes against someone. 4. Workmates who are trying to make fun of you.
