      No work-life balance and poor management

      I worked here for four months and would not recommend it. There is no work-life balance expect 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. workdays, every day late meetings (typically 6:45 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.), and weekend work almost every week. There is little to no training or guidance, and questions are not always well received. Responsibilities are frequently shifted between teams, and new tasks are assigned without adequate information or support. Management lacks clear direction and consistent support. Overall, I would not leave another job for this role.

      Great interview and onboarding experience, talented and thoughtful team, strong sense of collaboration, entrepreneurial and fast-moving environment, exposure to an emerging industry, focus on innovation, and solid benefits.

      Cons

      Fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities, which can sometimes make workload balancing challenging. As the company continues to scale, there can be evolving processes and occasional ambiguity in roles or ownership, along with shifting priorities as the business adapts.
