      A Fairly Nice Call Center w/a Start-Up Type of Atmosphere

      Pros

      - Lots of snacks, drinks, games and comfy seats in the breakroom. - Outside balcony to eat lunch and decompress. - Most of the people are nice and helpful. - Employer-paid insurance that provides pretty good coverage. - Parking stipend. - A couple of parking garages for paid parking. - Employer-paid notary training. - Lots of overtime. - Free gym in the building. - A fair amount of PTO is provided. - Casual dress code.

      Cons

      - They used to have healthy snacks, but now it's 90% junk food. - Training seemed thorough until new products were introduced, and then there were mostly crash courses. - Lots of attrition due to the amount of work vs. pay. - Shift bids. - There is virtually no downtime. - There does not appear to be a clear path, training or feedback to foster growth. - Not a lot of diversity and there are no Employee Resource Groups. - Metric-driven atmosphere that does not appear to focus on the strengths of the employee. - Not a lot of feedback on how to improve when mistakes are reported by Quality Assurance. - Hard to find parking in downtown Reno. - Processes and procedures change rapidly and there is not a lot of time to read the changes that are posted due to the volume.

      Best month of work I've ever had!!

      Pros

      I started working at Figure a month ago, and it has been amazing! It's challenging, fast-paced, and the people are awesome. I've learned so much, and I don't anticipate that changing any time soon.

      Cons

      Absolutely nothing yet! The days fly by here so if you don't do well thinking on your toes, it wouldn't be a good fit.
