      Pros

      You gain a broad range of skills working with the full range of coffee machine manufacturers and coffee machine types, traditional, bean to cup, vending machine, etc. The salary is fair, the support teams and senior engineers are both knowledgeable and happy to help. Finally the management at the company is reasonable and will take the time to listen directly to the engineers, as a entry level new engineer I am able to speak directly to ever member of the senior management team in the company and they will take the time to listen to what I have to say, that is a rare blessing I have never experienced in any other company working as a FSE.

      Cons

      More training would be better, both in the classroom and in the field.

      Takes time to learn all the different machines and can be frustrating at first but once you've learned it's good.

      Some days can be long but always rewarded and thanked, it's a hard industry to be in very demanding and fast paced.
