Let me get this off my chest: HIGH STRESS FOR UNIMPORTANT THINGS. PILING WORK ONTO PEOPLE. MICROMANAGING. OVERLY CRITICAL AND JUDGE-MENTAL. [there are so many fake reviews to bump this Glassdoor rating up- and I think it’s fair game to actually put truth in this list - some honesty that may be valuable for anyone who may get a job offer and think they have an ounce of job security ] CEO had no knowledge of equity in terms of running a business. He does not know how to keep talent. He is intentionally misleading and make you do unnecessary work. If you were there from the early first day to now, you know exactly what I am talking about. He wanted to cut 10% of the staff every quarter. Bill Gate’s investment arms know nothing of the inner workings of this company or he wouldn’t have invested at all ( his money would’ve done more good for the world invested elsewhere). Whoever is hoping to join this company- ABSOLUTELY RUN AWAY. Run for the hills. CEO is severely ill-equipped and this company won’t last long. Every talented person has left from the early days. If you get a job offer- don’t expect anything nice or fulfilling. If you have a family- don’t think you’ll get properly compensated. Red flag company: if you don’t want to get used for the large amount of work you’ll do and no job security whatsoever

Things are a bit in transition so you have to be a bit flexible (like getting a printer) but that's because of the move. They have to create processes since its a start up so not everything is set up but much of it is. They have process and procedures. No 401K matching but they do give equity, which is valuable.
