First they only hire people from third world countries, so be ready to be exploited with really low salaries, a junior on US will make more than you as a Senior on fetchly. Of course, for higher positions like CTO, Head of PM's, Comercial, Head of HR, they hire americans with high salaries so don't ever dream about getting some position like that. You work as a contractor but you have schedule 9-5, you are micromanaged, if you're not on Discord they will complain, they will ask personal data even though they are hiring you as a company. If you are brazilian you will be a PJ that work as a CLT but without the benefits. You won't be promoted unless you take a much higher workload you are suposed to or you are on the inner circle, they are an outsourcing company even if you spend years here won't get you anything. Also there is no real senior, all good developers already left the company, the will be at most five developers out 65 that have more than 2 years of exeperiencie If you think leave your current job to work here don't, this is a place only if you are unemployed and need money urgently.

You are invisible in the company unless you're friends with the CEO, then you can get raises and do whatever you want in the company. There are people in the company that literally do NOTHING and are never fired because they're close to the CEO. Doesn't matter how hard you work, you won't achieve much if you're not buddies with the CEO. The company has no documentation, no SOPs, everything is very messy and we have to lie to clients a LOT. You don't feel heard, noticed or seen in any shape or form. You're invisible (unless ofc, you're buddies with the CEO). The CEO is the bottleneck for EVERY LITTLE THING. Things he shouldn't be the bottleneck to. the Leads have ZERO autonomy to do things, CEO doesn't delegate, doesn't trust the people he hired to do their jobs they were hired for!!! it's wild. The CEO doesn't know how to CEO, dont get me wrong, I've never been a CEO but I've worked with many, and the CEO acts like he is running a lemon stand. He should write a book on How NOT to be a CEO. that'd be a best seller. Our payments are NEVER on time. Once it took 8 days, usually it's 2-3 days late.
