Staying at this company for 2+ years really has hurt my soul, but I wanted to stick it out hoping for a turnaround ship. Where do I even begin...? You can smell the favoritism in the air, witness multiple HR violations all the way from the top, and people in the office being belittled and verbally abused by the executives who act like children on a daily basis. If you WFH, be expected to be hounded by the office spies asking where you were as if they were your boss. This company has suffered a high turnover rate that the management team tries to downplay. It seems like this company is also trying to turn around the ship from a cultural perspective with sad attempts to do cultural potlucks, wine downs, and company outings - its a little too late, they've already lost good employees due to culture. The HR has turned around 3xs in a span of a year and a half, so that says a lot about the Ops team already. Lastly, dont expect to get a promotion if you are here for 1,2, or 3 years if you are not a favorite. Even if your direct manager thinks you deserve one, it needs to pass through to the top, which will highly be unlikely even if you got high marks on your previous reviews.
