Pros
The recruitment process was very well organized, with clear and easy-to-understand steps. Interviews focused on both technical skills and alignment with the company culture and expectations of the role, which helped me to make my decision. Fantastic support from the HR manager, who was always available, She really made the whole process fluid and transparent, and was a strong point in my decision. Direct interaction with key people in the area allowed me to understand the context, challenges, and expectations of the project.
Cons
Nothing particularly important to point out, but I could mention that the process, although comprehensive, involves several stages and can be demanding in terms of preparation and availability.
