      Pros

      Fair compensation for a start up.

      Cons

      I have personally heard the CEO of this company make racist remarks about various ethnic geoups. The product itself is not great either, most of the job consists of responding to customers who more or less had their money taken from them as drivers do not even show up for customers. For a tech company, it has a lot of tech issues.

      Great opportunity to learn start up world but hostile environment

      Ok pay, an opportunity to learn the start-up world, free snacks, great resume building opportunity, great for networking, and free unlimited rides every day!!!!!

      Cons

      I watched over 7 people get fired in less than a year. Hostile work environment. All employees are expected to work unrealistic hours and be on call 24/7. Lots of speaking in Russian and yelling. There are some questionable business ethics and unknown sources of investors from Russia. The interaction between teams is forced and hostile. Fasten does not have a great backoffice system and employees have to keep up with driver and rider details by hand.

      Compensation was fair. Benefits were okay until they got cut back.

      Cons

      If you're looking for a professional company who values their employees and treats them with respect, this is not the company for you. This company does not care about their employees, their drivers, or even their riders. Their investors are the only priority here, and it clearly shows. Also, the CEO once called me 'stupid' in front of a dozen coworkers, which was not only incredibly unprofessional, but also pretty humiliating. The amount of recent negative reviews should tell you something about this company. Avoid at all costs.
