      Weekends off Monday through Friday

      Cons

      They have no processes in place. They offer no support to their employees. They do not pay their bills on time. They lie about vacation pay, sick pay and/or PTO. They do not listen to the concerns of anyone in the shop and make no improvements to make a shops run smooth. Careful what you sign. My job offer was stated that I have a bonus/ commission however their employee handbook states they “May” pay. So they reframed from paying me. Worst company I have worked for in the last 20 years in the industry.

      Pros

      Do not work here. They are constantly having to get new investors to pay their old investors, won't pay their bills or vendor accounts so you can't get parts in a timely manner. The CEO is deranged and will slowly start using abusive tones and language until you're a shell of a person you were before. Ask the managing partner at Kennedy tire and auto how he feels health wise. They perform illegal employment practices and gaslight you into believing they actually care.

      Cons

      Worst company and CEO I've ever worked for. Ned Aguilar shouldn't be dealing with employees. We can all see through the fake facade and see you coming with a new investors every week. This business will fail if you don't silence your CEO. Get him away from the employees.

      weekly pay good 401k pay is good mon-fri coworkers are friendly

      not enough staff to cover shops no communication from upper management you're basically just another employee to the company no opportunity to advance
