      Pathetic place for Engineers

      I Worked there as a Software developer so all my points on the basis of that only Flexible timings Outdoor trips twice or atleast once in a year

      Cons

      No place for people who believes in work It is a fantastic place place for those who like boot licking, A place where you will be appreciated by way of WRITING EMAILS rather than code. Moody upper management. Lots of good people has left organization either by their will or because they are pressurized to do so.

      Pros

      - If you want to learn, learn and then learn some more at any stage of your career, this is the place to be. - There is just so much to do, I personally, have never had a dull day at work. - Rich technology stack, get to learn a lot and fast. - If you prove your worth and are willing to work smart and hard, you get tons of opportunities. No place for work shirkers. - Party culture. Last technology team outing was in Thailand :)

      Cons

      - Working at a start-up (and being good at it) takes a lot from you. - You just have to learn how to balance it all out. Not everyone is ambitious and wants to make a dent in the universe. Hence, not a place for people looking for a comfort zone. (A major con for you if you are looking for one)

      Glorified base created by IIM and IIT people.

      Cons

      you never know when will they change their structure, you may loose your job in zippy.pathetic work culture maintained by uncouth and bureaucrats. They will hire you on good package no doubt,but one fine day you will be thrown out.CEO can come to you anytime having dull face and will tell you many stories of current failure,then he will leave asking you to meat HR for settlement.
