Pros

Only take Chinese speaker, I don't know who wants to work there unless you cannot really find a job. The company's culture is really bad and they lied about base salary while interviewing. The commission is not easy as they said to get. sales target is unreal for newcomers. The manager is micro-managed, egoistic, and rude.

Pros

I wouldn't say I liked the toxic enterprise culture after only two weeks of working here. I would not recommend applying for any position at this company. The manager-level team they can only speak Chinese, even in an English-speaking country. That's why the position requests candidates are fluent in Chinese. Especially J, the city manager in Boston, only know KPI but she doesn't even know it is referring to Key Performance Indicator.

Cons

Health insurance is only effective after three months of employment, and there are no employee benefits except for a 10% discount when employees order take-out using the Fantuan app. They like to recruit foreigners, international students, new immigrants, and other disadvantaged groups who are not familiar with U.S. law at a low price instead of providing average benefits to their employees. They try to get employees to work overtime at night or on weekends, but there is no overtime allowance or 1.5 times pay for hours worked over 40 hours. Their commercial insurance only covers tech companies as office workers, but they do require employees to use their own cars for delivery. They do even provide mileage reimbursement. So any accidents you have at work will not be covered by their business insurance either. They have a very high turnover of employees and usually after 1-2 months the new employee quits. This means that when you take over the job it becomes clueless and there is no record of handover. Because the last employee who did the position has left as fast as possible. The merchants surrounding the area who work with, they also feel difficult to work with Fantuan. Because employees are always changing, merchants don't even have a regular employee to contact. When they encounter difficulties using the app, their calls are not answered and they can't find an effective way to solve the problem.
