It has been 2+ years and I have learned a lot on the job. Every project has been a challenge and has motivated me to expand my skills. Managers are supportive and give space. They care about output and allow flexibility. Growth is possible but it depends on how much you take initiative.

Cons

Most of the learning is on the job, so you have to put in extra effort on your side.

Nice experience working closely with senior leaders and handling real business challenges. There is lots of autonomy and trust at the workplace. You get to drive your own processes. The company is also growing strongly in the fintech space so it is really good for career visibility.

Cons

Accountability is high and it can feel challenging if you are used to constant direction.
