      Decent Quality Products Good office Location

      Cons

      Mediocre / Under Trained Employees working for years and totally detached from the realities of the outside work Capable / qualified recruits are considered threats One Man Management - The arrogant CEO Toxic culture with no cross-functional team spirit Incompetent top management puts the blame on the lower level team members to save their own skin

      Super nice office, but most employees seem miserable

      Pros

      Great corporate office environment, nice break area, HR is always offering perks and events to show appreciation to employees.

      Cons

      Some managers tend to micromanage and criticize rather than encourage, other managers seem distant and unengaged. There is also an issue with "pets" and "favorites". Saw a lot of employees "up and quit" while I was there, so that's an indication that something isn't quite working.

      Salary is decent and there are some very talented people. Flexible hours

      Cons

      Favoritism from VP's is extremely apparent, convoluted company strategy and very few managers actually provide leadership
