Pros
Good management and enthusiastic staff. The displays and power products were very good. A nice work life balance
Cons
Confused product offering, The Components offering was really historic . The product group had not been developed into a customer friendly segment that was attractive to the electronics industry. Their sales director showed little interest developing or assisting in areas that he wasn’t interested in.
