Pros
The experience started off on the wrong foot and went down hill from there. I used the experience to really focus on what was important in an employer. I was happy to leave.
Cons
Listing the cons of an unfulfilled experience would only be sour grapes. Sometimes adversity can be very motivating to leave. It could have worked out better.
