Pros

I guess there is nothing positive about it.Everybody out there is involved in Politics and seeks for the deduction of salary of their employees.

Cons

No fixed rules and regulations. They keep changing it according to their needs and benefits. Nothing is done for the employees.Cheats the client and Keeps telling lie that their Trainers are experienced,Though everyone out there is a fresher. Many employee there themselves don't know the concepts and still they are sent to classes in universities for conducting a seminar. The infrastructure of all the branches is pathetic. For smallest incidences they try to deduct salary .That's why this company is still not into the corporate world neither it deserves to be there.Even the management level people posses a cheap mind and no freedom is given to employees out there.

Pros

* You will learn how to play the game of politics & how to ensure growth just by pleasing your manager and not doing any work.

Cons

* Service agreement for 2 years - You have to sign an agreement for 2 years if you want to work as a full timer. If you have to leave the organization before completing the service agreement period, you have to pay 6 months salary back to the company which is almost 1.2 Lakhs. In case you can't service 3 months notice period, then you have to pay for that as well, which means if you need an immediate release from FACE, be ready to pay 1.8 lakhs to the organization. * Submission of Original Documents - You have to submit your original documents(Mark sheets of school level & College) to HR team if you want to work as a full timer. They will take you for granted after this because you can't get back your certificates without paying the above-mentioned amount. So you will be trapped and forced to work there. There are many people who left FACE 2 years back and still they haven't received their certificates. So be careful !! * Continuos travel - This will affect your health very badly as you won't get proper sleep and you have to do training even after traveling for the entire night. They won't worry about your health and will force you to do training as they are a purely money-minded team. * No personal life - Even after doing training for 6 hrs, you will be forced to learn new topics on call and that will happen after office hours (after 6 pm), which means you won't have any personal life . You might even get calls at midnight for on call training. On the other side, without getting proper training, you have to handle the session which is equal to cheating students & clients. * No Guidance - Even though the organization started 8 years back, there is no quality person to guide training team and 70% of the training team are <2 years experienced. In another way, because of poor working conditions, people are not ready to stay back in FACE. * Cheating clients - You will be forced to represent yourself as a 2-year experienced trainer, even if you have just 1 week of experience. * Working hours - Even though official working hours is maximum 8 hrs, you will be working for more than 18 hrs including travel and you will be paid a mere amount of ~Rs. 307 /Rs. 770 day (Intern / Full timer). For Eg, If you have to do training in Chennai, you have to travel for almost 9 hrs (night journey) and reach there by morning 5:00 Am. You move to a hotel , get ready and move to college by around 7.30 Am, 6 hrs of exhaustive training, more than 1 hr cab journey and same day night return. This kind of continuous journey for months will have a huge impact on your health. * No specific holiday in a week - If you need to spend Sunday or any public holidays for your personal works, you have to apply leave and salary will be deducted for the same. Even though the name is compensatory off, you will not be able to decide the date on which off is required. The company will give you off whenever they like and that can be given even if you are in client location which is of no use. So, you work for the company whenever they have a requirement, but the company is not ready to respect your contribution and compulsory off will also be given as per their wish. * Money minded management - Management team will try to extort money from employees in the name of fine and all. They want people to work like a slave for the given salary and they run the business like a school, where you can't ask questions to them. * Internal Politics - The management team itself supports internal politics for their career growth & individual gain and due to the same, your talent wouldn't be appreciated. * Poor or weak HR Policies - They do not follow the same policy for all the employees. Policy keeps changing according to the employee which means there is no way to know what is in there for you.

Pros

Best in delivering to the client. Learned a lot while I worked there.

Cons

They are not an employee friendly organisation. They have a bond of 2 years + notice period of 3 months. You can't work with any other competitive organisation/any of their clients for next 6 months after leaving. And the compensation they ask in return is huge.
