Pros
The people working as heads at FAB are mostly outstanding in their fields.
Cons
FAB is always slow in paying vendors. Salaries are never delayed, but BPJS contributions are never deposited. We only receive BPJS funds after resigning, in the form of a cumulative balance without BPJS interest. In my opinion, this is detrimental to employees. The owner spends a lot of the company's money on tertiary things like Porsche cars, Tesla cars, parties with free-flow alcohol, and renting houses in luxury areas. But strangely, they still manage to get away with it to this day.
