Pros

It's a fast-paced working environment, so you do get to explore different problems raised by the clients or internal team. In general, you get to learn a lot in a short time period.

Cons

It is still a start-up company, therefore they have over-hired people, and when the company is not doing great they laid off people quite massively. Moreover, leaders they put employee in the laid-off list just based on if they like you or not. To conclude, they hire people easily, but in the term of respecting employee, not much so.

Pros

Salary is good for indonesia company and fresh graduate Colleague also pretty good.

Cons

All the higher position is full of chinese people whose only can speak chinese, that's why they are searching for mandarin speaker. And because you can speak mandarin, they will concern more and have high expectation with you even-though you are just a fresh graduate. The leader and boss will expect you to master everything in just 1 week. They expect you to know all the live streaming data like CTR, CTO, GPM in MANDARIN just because you are a Mandarin speaker. They will not train you or help you, you need to figure it out everything by yourself. If there is something went wrong, the leader will scold at you because they are more convenient to scold people using mandarin and you need to translate it to the whole team. You need to be ready 24/7 even in your day off. The leader told me that working in here you can not mute your phone. it's very common to be asked to work or meeting on the weekend without any notice 1 day before. They will not care about your personal life and expect you to work everyday and everytime even at 11PM on the weekend. There is one day the boss scold me because I went home at 6PM. she said that as a newcomer to the company, you need to work overtime like WTF? and she started ask me about my personal life like what time I go to bed, so I answered her I go to bed at 11pm and she replied to me "You are still very young but go to bed at 11pm? even at my age I go to bed at 2am". And she ask again what I do when I have free time and I answered I do my hobbies like playing football and go to gym. and guess what she replied, "You dont think about work on your free time?" OH WOW. and then she started to explain what she do when she has free time, even in the free time she still think about work and bla bla bla. The point is she expect me to do the same like she do. There is still a lot of story about toxic behaviour about this company. After having a talk with the colleague, it turns out that the company will prioritize people who already have experienced before but the HR will try to reach everyone who just can speak chinese eventhough they are still a fresh graduate. My advice if you got approach by the HR, better to ask all the detail. but if you are not Mandarin speaker, I think the story will be better because the boss and higher position people will not care give a F to you.

Pros

- high income high intensity

Cons

- language barrier - what WFO does for? if so many things can do remotely - they have got no stable bridge for cross-functional collaboration
