      Pros

      Nothing good to say except maybe a competitive pay to try and keep employees from leaving.

      Cons

      The CTO is micromanaging people, forcing tools and technologies without prior discussion. The CTO goes behind managers and employees backs to influence decisions. The management does not share the company decisions, keeping things in the dark. The CTO is interfering with other Depts. that are not his responsibility. The Company can fire you without prior notice or reason. The CTO is incompetent technically and managerially, but the worst of all is that he thinks he is good.

      - A long time ago, it was a good company before they did a restructure and layoffs

      Cons

      - not secure, you could be laid off if you disagree with the management in a meeting - micromanagement, CTO literally looks into the code - Anything could be changed in seconds, working model, product..etc
