Where can I start? The working hours vary every day, but you work way more than 8 hours a day. Somedays, you are there for 12 hours. When you say something about it, you are complaining and you fall from the owner's grace. He is an arrogant person who likes to spy on the smallest things his employees do or say. He pretends to be nice, but trust me it is a façade. People disappear from there all of a sudden, and you can't even ask where they went. He asks people to leave randomly. He is not a stable person at all. Zero respect for teachers. It is all about salespeople who make money. Teachers' mental and physical health is worth nothing when it comes to money for this person. If you are not from certain nationalities, the pay is way lower than your collogues. It is a traumatic experience in every aspect for me. I really went to therapy after working there.
