1. Very VERY Disrespectful. You will be continuously told that - "We do not trust you" - so why would you hire someone?
2. There is an expectation to work more hours than what they say in the offer letter. They don't see how much actual work is being done, but only check your MS Teams status, if you're online after hours, and late into the night.
3. Team Managers are very poor at their communication. Constantly keep changing their mind, and at times have no idea what the client wants. This improper communication makes a constant cycle of reworking, and late hours, and all the blame will be thrown at you.
And if you point out their mistakes, then more disrespect to follow.
4. No appreciation at all. Period!
5. Gaslighting - You will be thought to believe that you are wrong. Every step / action that you take will somehow become wrong, and you will start second guessing yourself.
6. Partners refuse to take action against certain individuals who have a very bad track-record, and are willing to let people go instead.
As other reviews say, your mental well being is going to suffer a lot, if you keep working , especially under some EVPs.
