Pros

1. The best reason to work here is to go through product based development culture (Only if you do not have any offers from other companies) 2. You can find some good managers and senior resources who are not really biased and good from heart. (But I should say they left their job in the age of the Dinosaurs) 3. Good place for freshers to be in a fast track

Cons

A great place to learn following life lessons, 1. Patience to wait for salary which comes like a blue moon (No one knows when will it come) 2. Ruin our career by doing some random jobs in a development environment where no process exists 3. Giving up on your basic rights like Form 16, PF settlement (They keep saying they will settle everything soon. But it feels like to wait for February 30th to come) 4. Lack of transparency from the management side (Its an organization where no one knows what the company is doing and whats are the plans they have to overcome the worst situations) 5. Finding no one to help technically. 6. You can easily find senior resources by the horns on their head. Provided, number of horns depend on their years of experience while year of experience need not depend on their expertise level. 7. Be a pet of your managers always. This is a great place where you can see a employee who works hard will not get anything when someone who does not work will get almost everything. 8. How to keep your customers frustrated, irritated and finally unsatisfied by your deliveries. 9. Enjoy your Internship. But we have to admit that this is a great place if you think you are doing your internship to learn on your own without salary instead of paying some institutes and learn their syllabus.

Don't Walk... RUN Away

Pros

Higher-than-average salaries in your offer letter (but they won't pay you on time, so this is a moot point, see below) Benefits are pretty good, but with their history of vendor payments you never know if coverage is active

Cons

The most prominent problem is that they do not pay employees on time. They will blame this on accounting, on the bank, on the weather, on ANYTHING that they think might be believable, but eventually you will find out that the company just doesn't have any money to pay employees. When a customer payment comes in they will decide which bill is most important and pay that. BTW they will say that the payroll problems are only in India, but this is not true. Payroll is a problem in both the US and India. The CEO is a pompous jerk. He will completely sell you on the idea of Expertus during your interview by being passionate, animated, and charming, but after you are hired the act goes away. He walks around the office with a sourpuss look on his face, staring down at his feet. He is all about outward appearances. He drives a fancy BMW, that the company pays for, needs to be in a lush office building, wears expensive clothes, but this act can only go on for so long. He SCREAMS at his management team. He closes the door, but the walls are paper thin so everyone can hear. Software is not being paid for and consistently will be shut off. This applies to even small things, like LinkedIn subscriptions. The company doesn't have $60 in the bank to pay for this. The product is lacking. Customers are not happy with what we make. This hinders sales, which affects everything else. Upper management does not believe in telecommuting. They would rather have you sit at your desk for 8 hours, watching Netflix, than work 12 hours at home and actually be productive. Appearances are everything to this company. They have separate vacation and sick days. They don't do PTO here. And you have to accrue this! It's not unlimited like 99% of Bay Area companies. This company does not trust you (which is ironic considering that the CEO is not to be trusted). All of the RSMs and client services team is remote, and upper management does not trust that they actually working.

Pros

you get to learn as they are always short handed. so they make you work on different things at once.

Cons

they don't believe in paying employees for their services. they think that employees are a bunch of baboons, sometimes non payment goes for as long as 2 months.
