      The team members you work with are generally lovely people. It's a shame they dnt last due to the management

      Very toxic work place MD is a complete bully Working here: You will be micro managed here You will recieve nasty emails from the MD regularly You will be sworn at by the MD You will not get time off in lieu for working all weekend You will feel threatened- your job is not safe You will only here from management when you are doing something wrong You wont get support You will be sworn at and feel threatened

      Pros

      Lovely and hardworking staff. Onsite parking. Birthday Cake day. Pub around the corner.

      Cons

      Top heavy management. Gary runs the kingdom by the "seat of his pants " then blames everyone else for failures. Success is never celebrated as a team as he takes all the credit.
