-Friendly people. -Company encourages individual growth
Cons
-Management failure, fly in management that has no proven experience suddenly holds power. -Bureaucracy. -Messed up internal procedures, a rather easy job often need extended effort to proceed. -Micromanage, monitor techs time up to minutes.

Pros
Willingness to address issues. Big focus on right culture fit for people. Things have been bad in the past with wrong fit employee's, and people who did not understand culture. Probably the best MSP for culture and work/life understanding.
Cons
Decisions can be slow to be made. Some employees seem to be kept around even though they are not a fit. Compensation concerns are being worked on.
