Move towards using newer technologies away from legacy systems

Cons

Drastic cost cut taking place. Employee benefits have been reduced significantly including cabs and highly degraded canteen. While the CEO salary keeps on increasing!

Global Organization Opportunity for lateral movement Some opportunities for growth depend on functions Good benefits.

Cons

Global organization - my team and business partners were spread out across multiple countries. This may be a plus for some, but it made it almost impossible to manage the day and have a work-life balance. Senior leadership & lack of diversity in leadership. Slow processes, hard to make decisions because of the bureaucracy.

Everything is here is a gimmick

Cons

Top management is clueless, they fired people in Jan, without any planning, work load increased on guys they retained, then again laid of in Feb, again in April and then again in July when they were planning to hire in June. The CHRO does not now if they want to Hire or Fire. Guess what some time they will fire new people, some time people who have met expectation and some time the top performers as well.
