Cons
Toxic work culture - they drill in that everyone is "family" which means long, hard work for little pay. You're expected to love and care about the company as much as the founder/CEO (even though you'll be paid 1/10 of what they do), its not acceptable for it to just be a job to you. You are also expected to join events outside of working hours that are supposed to be fun/team building but they are in the evenings so you get your evening taken away. While they aren't "mandatory", you're looked down upon if you don't go. Also, expect to be micromanaged.
