Upside down leadership. Upper management would rather look the other way than fix issues. Company now believe in hiring from the outside rather than internally. The HR department is suppose to help employees. Not attack them personally. Leadership looks the other way from the above. Lack of accountability. Lack of training for manufacturing personnel.

I worked my butt off for this company, pizza lunches are the only way they say thank you. I worked 60 plus hours most weeks. No one cared that I missed family things, holidays, etc. new upper management is horrible, driven by the almighty dollar. They expect those under them to work until they fall flat on the floor, yet won't answer an email.
