Great benefits. Great health coverage.
Cons
Upside down leadership. Upper management would rather look the other way than fix issues. Company now believe in hiring from the outside rather than internally. The HR department is suppose to help employees. Not attack them personally. Leadership looks the other way from the above. Lack of accountability. Lack of training for manufacturing personnel.
