Cons
Cliques and gossip worse than middle school. Non existent work/life balance for management. They make very lovely sounding promises with seemingly no intention of follow through while demanding accountability. Even top performers are treated poorly, but if you make friends with the right people, you'll go far. There are a few people that genuinely care about their jobs, the customers, and fellow employees, but they don't seem to last very long. Many employees that are actually great assets to the company, even if their performance is great, are overlooked for promotion if they aren't nearly constantly and consistently active on Twitter and group chats. Nepotism and favoritism are at levels I've never encountered. Upper management is so out of touch with people in store. They overcomplicate things that should be simple while assuming difficult things are simple.
