Ramesh Nathvani - I am a program manager at Excellarate living at Pune. I find working with Ramesh very frustrating and demeaning I find him to very very authoritative, he works from his Bangalore home most of the time and does not understand the problems that we say. Many program managers at Excellarate have expressed similar frustration with him but are not speaking up as the market is not conducive.
