Pros
-Management team is accessible -Little to no micro-management. We have a game plan, everybody knows that game plan, and it's up to you to follow it -Great company culture. People are close knit and the office is eerily devoid of cliques like you might find in bigger companies -Management seem to genuinely give darn about employees -Company/CEO do a good job of showing appreciation to employees with regular opportunities for company outings, holiday parties, etc -We're tops in our industry and only getting better. Selling a "need to have" product is great. Selling a "need to have" product that also happens to be the best in its industry? Even better. -New office space is cozy, and well stocked with snacks, simple lunch items, and beverages -One work from home day a week -Option to flex hours -Benefits package is strong
