Pros

New leadership is taking the company in a good direction. Company has grown incredibly quickly in the last few years and is now becoming more data driven and organized to unlock the next phase. Remote opportunities with good comp.

Cons

Small team, so need to be willing to take on a broad responsibility set. Remote work is best suited for more senior people who can work independently.

Pros

New CEO just started and seems like he's making a lot of positive changes.

Cons

There were red flags at this company since the first day I started. HUGE turnover rate with people either quitting or getting fired all the time. No holidays off except for New Years, Christmas, and Thanksgiving. Constantly making changes and not giving them enough time to see through.

Pros

There are genuinely talented, creative and hardworking people throughout the company. Many of the team members are fun to work with on a personal level. The brand itself has strong potential and there are moments where the pace and ambition can feel exciting. Some coworkers make difficult situations more tolerable through camaraderie and shared effort.

Cons

The company operates in a highly volatile, fear-driven environment with little organizational structure, consistency or clear long-term direction from executive leadership. Priorities shift constantly, communication is reactive instead of strategic and decisions often feel emotionally driven rather than operationally sound. There is a lack of trust and psychological safety internally which creates unnecessary tension and burnout across teams. Strong employees frequently become overshadowed by executive dysfunction, politics and leadership behaviors that undermine collaboration and stability. The environment can feel chaotic, unclear and difficult to sustainably grow within professionally. There is also a recurring pattern of overpromising and underdelivering whether it be compensation, bonuses, titles, growth opportunities or time off. Expectations are often set very high during hiring or internal conversations but transparency and follow-through are lacking. Employees are frequently asked to operate on trust and optimism without clear systems, accountability, or tangible proof to support what is being communicated. Turnover is extremely high which further contributes to the instability of the organization. More than 20 employees were hired and subsequently let go or left the company within the last year alone. The constant churn made it difficult to build sustainable processes, maintain morale or create long-term operational consistency. Many former employees remain in touch afterward, largely due to the shared experience of navigating an unusually stressful and unstable work environment.
