      Pros

      Learning the world of international travel and how it applies to corporate america, and the employees

      Cons

      Very unprofessional , not supportive of employees, not an established stepping to next level. Human rescousces acts oblivious to when an employee is set up to fail, but can manage to get rid of them. senior management does not valued its employees , they too are very unprofessional , in all departments, claims, customer service o, marketing and sales

      Pros

      Most employees are friendly and there are some company events. Health insurance is decent as well as the vision plan. The job itself is not very difficult once you get past the initial learning period.

      Cons

      Promotions are hard to come by, as it is a small company. There is no clear career path if you wish to stay with the company. They usually hire from outside. Pay for the current position is a little bit low and the hours are long.

      Good salary and acceptable working shift. Cafeteria included. Good IT organization. Trend to hire younger people. Often recurring social events and parties

      Cons

      The Italian department has a stone age hyerarchichal scheme and there's a negative atmosphere towards people who challenge them. It is almost impossible to progress.
