Pros
Most employees are friendly and there are some company events. Health insurance is decent as well as the vision plan. The job itself is not very difficult once you get past the initial learning period.
Cons
Promotions are hard to come by, as it is a small company. There is no clear career path if you wish to stay with the company. They usually hire from outside. Pay for the current position is a little bit low and the hours are long.
