Strong team, but pay and leadership issues

Pros

Strong performers at lower level along with mid-management and Directors. Flex PTO and decent benefits.

Cons

Will never pay top dollar for your role (CEO has stated this in all company meetings). Executive leadership changes their minds constantly and there is a huge lack of communication between them. Only hiring people onsite even though most of the company is fully remote.

The biggest advantage is that the company pays on time and provides steady work to help pay the bills. The benefits aren't great, but they're better than having none.

Cons

Career growth opportunities are limited, and there is no real mentorship or support for professional development. Management, including the CEO, makes promises about growth and opportunities, but there is little action to back up those words.
