      Pros

      Great editing opportunity to work from home. When considered with the perks, the pay structure is amazingly fair. The professional and friendly environment is stress free. Senior staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

      Cons

      If you prefer to work from home and have the experience to work in a range of editing styles, you will feel right at home.

      Pros

      Because that is a work-from-home job, it grants a lot of freedom. I've worked from home, from coffee shops, and from other places. My coworkers have been kind and loyal, and I've enjoyed my time working for the Essayedge company.

      Cons

      Be sure you're okay working by yourself. Although you're on instead contact with your shiftmates, you do not have face-to-face coworkers. If you thrive on personal contact and discussion, this work may not be for you.

      Pros

      Work times and hours are regular and reliable, and the work is exciting and engaging. As of this writing, employees also have access to a very competitive 401(k) plan. The work environment is positive, and the company provides required reference materials. In addition, administration is very responsive to employee wants.

      Cons

      Employees should be secure with working from home and exercising personal discipline and also time management. If these things charm to you, then this should not be a downside whatsoever.
