Learned what I don't want to work for.

Pros

Some of the employees are very friendly and personable, thus making it very easy to ask questions. I do not regret working here, but I most certainly found what type of business I would like to work for in the future and that is not one that is similar to the Seawolves.

Cons

However most of the employees are condescending and very judgmental. They expected you to know everything about the company with minimal hours of working each week. They definitely give you the worst work possible that day because you are new. If you ask a question they are quick to ask you don't already know how to do it and then run through the process so you don't really learn it in the end. They also do not get to know you first then throw jokes around, they poke fun quickly and do not hesitate to take the jokes too far.

Pros

The SeaWolves offer a fun and fast-paced environment in which you get to watch the future stars of MLB develop their skills.

Cons

There is no extra pay for extra innings.
