      Pros

      Free lunch on Fridays, free company sponsored happy hour and Christmas parties, and company paid in-garage parking.

      Cons

      Micromanagement from the management, upper-management doesn't seem to give a damn about lower-level employees. They would be nice to you only if they want you to get them something done, once that's done they would pass by you in hallways in the morning without even saying hi. Not to mention long hours, most days a typical work-day can can be from 8AM to 7PM

      Pros

      Free lunch every Friday, a Keurig machine to provide endless caffeine to stimulate analysts when they're working until midnight and an assortment of free, sparkling beverages.

      Cons

      I would agree with the previous reviews regarding micromanagement and condescending, hostile management not to mention the volatile personalities and egos that would fit perfectly at an investment bank or hedge fund.

      The industry is very interesting.

      Cons

      It's like a strange fraternity gone wrong where management bosses around the junior people to see what they can handle and once they put up with all the baloney maybe they'll let you join the the party.
