The rot set in when the new managers arrived

Pros

a free fleece to keep you warm on the cold shop floor

Cons

management which are abusive to staff in front of peers in the office or on the shopfloor HR department which is incapable to control abuse by senior management on employees, i have never seen a company with such a lack of HR an attitude from senior management that they can bully long serving employees out of the door if employee does any thinking for themselves DO NOT TAKE A VACANCY WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE ANY DESIRE FOR A CAREER!!! 20 days holiday and 10 days sick in 2018 is not acceptable for a company which states it treats its employees so well

Pros

Paid weekly, some nice people, and lots of free food. Other than that, there isn’t much to say good about this company.

Cons

Computer programs the company uses are very slow and difficult to use, products are never in stock. Customers are always returning products, distributers are always foreign and are rude to you on the phone. The company’s website is the worst site ever created, very hard to navigate through. Management is very unfair and bossy, they will always nag on you for something and blame you for everything in the end. Traffic to and from is horrible, and the job takes up way too much of your time each day.

-Low paying for this field and they reserve the right to change your bonus structure at will -No room for growth -High turnover rate in this department -Overall morale of the lab is extremely low due to managers attitude, extremely rude and loses temper often times raising her voice when upset -Manager plays favorites -You are expected to bill customers, receive & ship packages, track inventory, plus reach out to customers on top of repairs and calibration; highly unusual for technicians to do a variety of tasks for such low pay. -Sales reps when achieving customer satisfaction for a mistake they made will offer Warranty work and you are to do it (this work will not be accounted toward your expected monthly budget)
