Remote-first business Genuinely cares about mental health, neurodiversity and personal and cultural differences of their employees 3-months work-from-anywhere policy CEO is very approachable and down-to-earth
Cons
Big gap between senior leadership and the rest (they don't seem to be that involved in day-to-day) Difficult to get promotions or salary increases Some turbulent times in the last year with redundancies occurring to make the business look better on paper Strong distinction between MX and non-MX employees
