His behavior is controlling, narcissistic, and dismissive of differing opinions. He intimidates, gaslights, and micromanages the team, creating an environment where employees feel undervalued and constantly on edge. Behind his back, it's common for team members to commiserate about his toxic leadership. -Job security is nonexistent. High turnover is the norm, whether through resignations or abrupt firings, which has led to chronically low morale. -This is not a startup, despite the company’s self-description. It’s a consulting business with a technology component. -"Unlimited vacation" is misleading. Employees are discouraged from taking time off, and leadership openly rewards those who work during their vacations. The expectation to prioritize the company above personal well-being is pervasive and demoralizing.

The CEO is the most incompetent person I’ve ever met. He micromanages to the nth degree, but has no clue what he is doing. He believes his experience as a consultant gives him knowledge of how to run a company, but he is seriously mistaken. The leadership team is nonexistent and is run by the CEO, who can’t take advice, recognize valid opinions, or be told no. Do not even bother.
