Cons
The company feels like a retirement home for the staff that's been there for 10+ years. And it's an extremely unwelcoming environment for new staff attempting to integrate within it. The owner of the company is a hands-off buffoon that appears actively working alongside you, but in a transparent sense. Always taking time off while administering ingenuine words of support. The actual work itself is rather easy, although during busy periods the projects are incoming non-stop. Also, employees who work on projects alongside you rarely respect your timelines and have unrealistic demands - especially in circumstances where project completions are out of your control and awaiting responses from third party representatives. Also it's a constant barrage of calls non-stop from hypocritical team members who they themselves do not answer your calls without a pre-agreed time set up, but will antagonize you for not being on demand to answer their calls on their whim. One of the worst places I've ever worked at, and it's doing incurable damage to my mental health. Avoid at all costs.
