      Van phone,ling hours ,bad working conditions

      Managment blame staff and high turnover of staff due to Managment aggressive blame game on staff.have a aggressive style of managment,lieing,high turnover of staff,bad working practices,bad conditions,managment never onsite to check health and safety,passing on all responsibilities from clamplains to staff and overloading staff till they leave and most staff leave their vans parked up in the yard and never turn up for work again.

      No pros! They act like they care and are wonderful but are horrible to work for

      Cons

      They lied about money on offer. When you accept the job you find out the total money offered is dependant on targets etc and not the basic wage offered Monthly pay Too many lies

      Toxic Management

      Pros

      Some people are nice and friendly.

      Cons

      Micro management, bad leadership, stuck in time using old solutions. Insecure team leaders who suffocated their team members and just look at themselves. Company promote toxic leadership, no opportunities to progress unless you are in the right team. No salary raises and zero recognition. Good to work for 1 year if you are a non european and need a visa to work in Europe.
