Managment blame staff and high turnover of staff due to Managment aggressive blame game on staff.have a aggressive style of managment,lieing,high turnover of staff,bad working practices,bad conditions,managment never onsite to check health and safety,passing on all responsibilities from clamplains to staff and overloading staff till they leave and most staff leave their vans parked up in the yard and never turn up for work again.
