Pros

Proyectos copados con gente muy buena en su mayoría. Todos clientes US-based que permiten foguearse rápidamente. Se aprende muchísimo desde el día uno. Una vez que se sale de la franja salarial de Trainee el sueldo es bueno.

Cons

Muchas veces el incremento de responsabilidades viene sin incremento salarial, algunos proyectos van a un ritmo dónde no se prioriza la calidad y termina generando caos.

It's a good place to have your first IT job. The people is nice, you have a good salary for a trainee and you have a lot of oportunities to learn. It's a relaxed workspace. They won't push you to finish things. Paid in USD and remote. There's a little flexibility to select your work hours.

Cons

You probably won't get a pay raise after the first year. Many coworkers leave the company in the second/third year because of that. You don't get any special benefit (for example, paid or relevant certifications).

Payment is really low if you take into account that you are working as a contractor who needs to pay for national taxes, etc.
