Almost a good place to work.

Pros

Nice office, mostly good people

Cons

Managment doesn’t communicate or acknowledge or care about their employees. I’m pretty sure most of the raving reviews were written by management themselves. Extremely high turnover. Constantly hiring instead of investing in employees. They WILL NOT pay commissions as promised. The higher ups have no clue how to run this startup. They are beyond their knowledge base and should (but won’t) seek outside expertise to get the company back on track ( it’s in the ditch right now). They offer basic health insurance that’s expensive and they charge $55 bucks a month for parking. There aren’t any sales incentives or trips for top performers and virtually no perks other than free coffee.

Avoid and find another place in the tech space

Pros

None... I worked here and gave everything to this place when I started. I should have written a review a while ago but didn't and I am sorry that I have waited this long.

Cons

I started when they were a very small company. We had maybe 20 of us there. I committed everything hoping that a "career"would come about and went above and beyond, sacrificed my time with my family having to drop everything to come in and cover for people who didn't show up, and did my best with promise of promotion to only be told that I may not have the technical skill needed for the promotion they dangled for months over my head. When we finally got benefits while I was there, they were expensive and the absolute worst benefits I have ever had. I have now been gone for a while, got several certifications off the bat as soon as I left that proved that I was more than worthy than being a fit for the technical side and now make 3x what I would have had I stayed. They play off your emotions to get you to stay and make it seem you are not worthy of more. Trust me you are if you are not happy there and there are so may more tech jobs that can pay way more than this place does.

Company Culture gone downhill

Pros

They won't get rid of you because they are desperate for people who are willing to sit call after call for hours straight. They offer incentives to keep employees interested.

Cons

The company started to grow and in the process have lost the the company culture that got employees interested in the company in the first place. They make promises to their clients that they can't keep. They promise clients will be called within 15 minutes but they keep taking on more clients and don't have enough staff to make the call outs. This results in causing employees to burn out and loose all interest in helping the people they were told would make them feel good about helping. It has just become another company that only cares about numbers. Also, they occasionally promote employees but it never feels like a promotion because they are still making the same phone calls and just end up with added work on top of the work they started out doing. You will always feel stuck and drained.
