- Founders are constantly setting examples of how they envision the company to grow - Product vision is shared amongst (almost) everyone - Team members are engaged and passionate - Supportive environment to learn and grow - Impactful work with important objectives - Unique culture that promotes ownership and personal branding - Convenient office to work at in the middle of town

- Startup hustle culture can be great for learning but taxing for some - Remote working definitely has posed a challenge in communication
