      Pros

      My work environment is very important to me. The people I work with at Enform have become much more than co-workers, they are my family. We celebrate successes together and help each other through the hard times life can throw at you.

      Cons

      During our peak times things can get a little hectic and stressful.

      Pros

      Excellent leadership, interesting work, solid benefits and a strong safety culture driven from the top. Compensation is competitive to industry.

      Cons

      Dealing with challenging personalities at the industry associations. One or two departments seem to be over staffed and could be reduced.

      Pros

      The communication strategy among the executives is an open door policy, which is amazing! They also promote a work/life balance and have a wonderful marketing department that likes to have fun! several well thought out and creative staff activities take place throughout the year. Enform has several strategic plans that require dedicated staff to carry out and deliver to industry. There is strong leadership among the management team as well as dedication from staff to accomplish those goals.

      Cons

      Always room to grow in areas such as having more of a presence on social media. The meeting rooms are sometimes too cold to be creative!
