I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enform (Calgary, AB) in Sept 2021
Interview
Interviewed for an Application Analyst role, and the process was thorough, testing both my technical and interpersonal skills. It began with a resume screening, followed by a 30-minute phone call with a recruiter about my experience with tools like SQL and CRMs. I then had a technical interview where I explained my approach to system integration and bug resolution, and a behavioral interview where I used the STAR method to share past experiences, like handling a critical software issue. A panel interview with IT and business team members focused on my communication with non-technical stakeholders, and the final interview with a senior manager covered my career goals and cultural fit. I sent thank-you emails after each round, which I believe helped, and overall, the process gave me a clear understanding of the role.
easy but to standard. Questions come right out of the basic interview handbook. Jumped to the salary question to fast and didn't allow for you to ask questions. Overall, it was okay but did't impress me.

Interview
The process started with a phone interview, followed by 2 in-person interview that lasted for more than 30 minutes. The HR Manager and Registrar actually put me at ease. We joked and laughed until the interview was over.
After the interview, they contacted my references. Finally, I received an email from the HR Manager that I got the job.
